The World Property and Commodity Fund, also known as WPC Fund or WPCF allows individual investors to participate in ownership of property in some of the world’s fastest growing economies. The funds property purchases will always vary but will generally either be mid term investments (3 to 5 year) and longer term holds where the fund acquires propperty and commodities to manage the investment as a cash flow positive micro-business within the fund.

The WPC Fund invests primarily in real estate properties in the fastest growing emerging markets throughout the world.
The fund looks to work in those markets where stable political and economic systems have brought about growth, but are still underdeveloped in terms of their property in relation to where they have moved economically.

The World Property and Commodity Fund is managed by a team of individuals and advisors whose track record, credentials and reputations are exactly what an educated investor looks for in today’s sometimes uncertain world.

The fund sees opportunities in the emerging markets around the world that others simply may not for many reasons, primarily however these opportunities present themselves because the fund managers have deep and far reaching contacts and reputations that give the fund a first offer position in many deals. It is the Directors, and in turn the fund’s intent, to pass these opportunities and the growth potential they possess onto the funds investors by placing investment opportunities into the fund that would in most scenarios never be available to individual investors.
